Due to the custom, collaborative nature of my services, all bookings are non-refundable. However, I’m always happy to adjust timelines or provide extra guidance where possible to ensure your experience feels aligned.

1. What exactly is “Full-Service Party Planning”?

It’s a done-with-you or for-you party planning experience where I support you every step of the way—from idea to setup. We’ll either work side-by-side to bring your vision to life or you can just leave everything to me, so you can feel calm, organized, and proud of what you’re creating.

2. Do you provide food, drinks, or decorations?

Food, beverages, and party supplies are purchased separately, but I’ll help you plan your menu, make your shopping list, and stay on budget. I can even come shopping with you to make sure it all comes together beautifully.

3. What’s included in your personal party collection?

I have a growing collection of trays, serving pieces, linens, signage, and table accents you’ll have access to when you book the full-service package. If your event needs something special, I may purchase it to add to my collection—at no extra cost to you.

4. How far in advance should I book?

I recommend booking as soon as you have a date in mind! Ideally 4–6 weeks in advance so we have time to collaborate, prep, and gather everything you need without a rush.

5. Do you only work with clients in Ottawa?

Full-service collaborative planning is available in the Ottawa area (within 50km of my location). Travel beyond that will include a mileage fee. If you’re not local, I also offer 1-hour consultations online!

6. Will you be at the party with me?

Yes! I’ll be there to help you set up and stay for up to one hour post-party to assist with cleanup. During the event, you get to shine while I make sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly.

7. What’s the difference between the full-service offer and the 1-hour consult?

The full-service package includes planning, shopping help, setup, and cleanup support—up to 10 hours of help from me depending on which level of support you need. The 1-hour consult is great for DIY Queens who want help mapping out their vision and creating a plan to follow.

8. Do you plan themed parties or unique celebrations?

Absolutely! I love a good theme. Whether it's elegant, playful, faith-based, or sentimental, we’ll plan something meaningful, beautiful, and true to you.

9. Can I hire you just to help with setup or food prep?

At the moment, setup and prep support is only available through the full-service package. However, the 1-hour consult might be a great fit if you just need help organizing your plan!

10. What if I have no idea what kind of party I want?

No worries at all—that’s what I’m here for. I’ll guide you with questions, inspiration, and visuals to help you create a celebration that feels like you—from mood board to memory-making.
