Welcome, Queen! 💛 I'm so excited to work with you to create a beautiful, personalized celebration. Below are the terms and conditions that help us both feel clear, confident, and supported throughout the planning process. Please read carefully. By booking a service with Made With Love Gatherings, you agree to the following:

✨ Booking, Payments & Cancellations

Booking & Payments

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your event date.

The remaining 50% balance will be automatically charged 14 days after your initial payment (unless full pay option was selected).

Bookings made within 14 days of the event date require full payment at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable.

For cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event, the remaining balance (excluding deposit) will be refunded.

For cancellations made within 14 days of the event date, no refunds will be issued.

If you wish to reschedule your event rather than cancel, all payments may be applied toward a new date, subject to availability.

That said, I’m committed to providing a joyful and supportive experience. If you have concerns along the way, I encourage open communication so we can adjust where possible.

🚗 Travel Policy

Full-service planning is available in the Ottawa area.

Travel beyond 50 km from my location will incur a mileage fee, which will be communicated before your event.

🛍 Party Supplies & Food

Food, beverages, and party supplies are not included in your service package. I will guide you in creating a shopping list and can accompany you (or shop for you) depending on your selected package. I’ll help you source items that match your style and budget—so you feel supported every step of the way.

🎀 Use of Personal Party Collection

Full-service clients will have access to items from my personal party collection (e.g., trays, linens, signage).

If an item needs to be purchased new for your event, I may choose to cover the cost and retain the item in my collection. You’ll always be notified of these additions ahead of time.

🧼 Cleanup Support

Full-service packages include up to one hour of post-party cleanup.

Any additional cleanup time requested may be billed separately or discussed in advance.

💖 Client Responsibility

I will provide guidance, structure, and creative support, but your input and timely communication are essential to the success of your event.

Please be responsive and open throughout the process so we can co-create something truly magical!

📸 Photo Use & Privacy

With your permission, I may photograph elements of your event for use in my portfolio, social media, and marketing materials.

If you wish to opt out of this, simply let me know in writing. Your personal information will always be kept confidential and never shared or sold.

🤝 Respect & Kindness Policy

Mutual respect and kind communication are the heart of every great collaboration. I reserve the right to refuse service in the event of disrespectful or inappropriate behavior.
